As promised here is the follow-up post on how to wear chambray in opposite “fashion” to my first post.

#2 – LadyLike Chambray

To fancify the shirt and transform into the ladylike version of yourself, I would suggest pairing it with a tea-cup skirt (another trend for S/S 2014).

I always have shyed away from skirts that hit below the knee as I stretch to hit the 5’3 mark, but if you do it with a good high heel you should be ok. Also, just like with the outfit posted, make sure your shirt is not overwhelming with amount of material that is showing.  I would suggest rolling up the sleeves and or tying it (as pictured).

To finish off the look pair with simple jewelry, grab a clutch, and slap on a bold lip and you should be good to go! I choose a mix and match of vintage, Cartier, and H&M jewelry, Gucci heels, and a clutch from Forever 21. ~ (A High and Low mix is always my preference. )
